for you to join us for the 2nd Annual Real Estate Conference. Emory University and Goizueta
Real Estate Group (GREG), Goizueta Business School’s real estate club for undergraduate
and graduate students, takes great pride in hosting this educationally productive and
thought-provoking conference that fosters candid conversations amongst panelists and
harbors meaningful connections amongst attendees.
When inflation hit a 40-year high, prompting the Fed to steadily increase interest rates, much
of the commercial real estate market has been sidelined. The combination of geopolitical
issues, market volatility and oppressive rate hikes have made for a challenging start to 2023.
As we all hope for light at the end of tunnel, the timeline to get there is unknown and many
are trying to adapt to this new normal.
Our partnership of student organizers, dedicated alumni, and hard-working staff has put
together an amazing program featuring a fireside chat between Dean Adler and Roy March,
a CEO Spotlight with Jodie McLean and esteemed panelists from leading real estate
companies. These highly accomplished speakers and panelists will provide real time
thoughts on current market challenges and their responses to them.
