FACE is a non-profit and non-partisan organization founded in 1982 to protect and foster the image of the Cuban diaspora in the United States. Since 1984, FACE has presented Excellence Awards to deserving individuals and institutions of Cuban American heritage for their contributions to a better and more just society.
