This program discussed the top legal and compliance issues affecting the future delivery and reimbursement of telehealth and technology-based services, including how legislatures and government agencies at the federal and state levels are responding in the aftermath of the COVID pandemic to implement permanent changes; information governance and data privacy and security measures being implemented or expanded at the federal and state levels; and increased scrutiny and enforcement of fraudulent and improper activities.
