ABA Cybersecurity Data Privacy Conference

The Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the ABA will host the third biannual Cybersecurity Data Privacy Conference March 14 - 15 at Georgia State Law School. Conference sessions will address insecure software risks; cyber insurance application forms; implications of the use of AI and other automated technologies; trends in digital advertising; regulatory and litigation updates; and the ethical considerations of these trends. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian Ballon, co-chair of the Global Intellectual Property & Technology Group, will present the session, "Digital Advertising, Metapixel and the Latest Crop of Data Tracking Class Actions."
