IP Litigation in Article I and Article III Courts: A Talk With The Judges

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder David S. Bloch will be a panelist during Berkeley Center for Law & Technology’s (BCLT) session, “IP Litigation in Article I and Article III Courts: A Talk With The Judges,” on April 10. This panel will feature sitting judges on the Court of Federal Claims and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, comparing and contrasting their courts, their procedures, and how they handle intellectual property cases.
