Phoenix shareholder Lindsay Fiore and of counsel Rob Vaught will host a lunch and learn for the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The program will focus on the unique role of in-house counsel in conducting and advising on internal investigations. We will address challenges faced by corporate counsel – including balancing business interests with legal obligations, handing potential conflicts, and defining the scope of the privilege – and provide practical tools to run defensible, business-minded investigations.
