Digital Currency, Crypto Assets, and Sovereign Investment Funds

Greenberg Traurig New York Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice, William B. Mack, will participate as a speaker on the panel, “Digital Currency, Crypto Assets, and Sovereign Investment Funds,” taking place on Tuesday, November 19th, as part of a special event for the Sovereign Finance, Capital Markets, and Global Regulatory Challenges seminar course at Vanderbilt Hall, NYU School of Law.

William will be joined by fellow panel members Sebastian Pedo Bea, President and Chief Investment Officer at ReserveOne, and Winston Ma, Partner at Dragon Global and Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Law. The panel will explore how sovereign wealth and public investment funds are emerging as powerful forces in global capital markets by venturing into digital currencies, crypto assets, and Web3 investments—examining the opportunities, risks, and regulatory challenges shaping this new frontier of institutional finance.
