This joint institute, presented by The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law and the Wallace Stegner Center at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, offers an in-depth analysis of the sweeping changes to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) resulting from recent legislative, executive, and judicial actions. Bringing together leading NEPA practitioners, scholars, government officials, and technical consultants, the program examines both foundational reforms and advanced developments in NEPA compliance and policy. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving NEPA landscape and its practical implications for environmental decision-making and project development.  Greenberg Traurig Environmental Practice Shareholder Stacey Bosshardt presents, "A Practitioners’ Guide to NEPA Litigation Remedies," which provides a comprehensive overview of remedies under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), including key concepts such as remand procedures, burden of proof, standards for injunctive relief, recent case law developments, and proposed legislative constraints on judicial review.
