Rocío Olea, shareholder in the Tech, Antitrust, and Corporate practices, and Víctor Manuel Frías, shareholder in the Antitrust and Corporate practices, both from Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will participate as speakers in the monthly session of the Technology Committee of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA), titled “Data Use: Legal Standards Amid Technological Disruption,” to be held on March 5 at 8:00 a.m. at the University Club in Mexico City.
The event will bring together specialists to analyze the main legal challenges associated with data use in the context of technological innovation, addressing topics such as data regulation, applicable legal standards, and the impact of disruptive technologies on legal practice.
