New York State Bar Association Environmental and Energy Law Section 2026 Fall Meeting

The Environmental and Energy Law Section 2026 Fall Meeting, hosted by the New York State Bar Association, will bring together legal, regulatory, and industry professionals to discuss current developments in environmental and energy law, including recent SEQRA amendments, environmental litigation under New York's Green Amendment, PFAS due diligence considerations, and implementation of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA). Steven C. Russo, Chair of the Environmental and Energy Law Section, will provide the welcome and introduction and moderate the panel, "Real World Impacts of Recent SEQRA Amendments." Julia Quigley will serve as a panelist for "Meeting the Evolving Due Diligence Challenge of PFAS and the Forever Chemicals."
