ABA NYC Commercial Finance Meeting 2026

Greenberg Traurig will host the American Bar Association (ABA) New York Commercial Finance Meeting on Wednesday October 7, 2026. As part of this half-day program featuring three CLE sessions, Arleen Nand, Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Global Finance Practice, will participate in a panel discussion titled, Loan Documentation: Market Trends and Selected Topics. The program will provide attendees with expert insights into the latest developments in U.S. corporate loan documentation, including current market trends, negotiation of intercreditor agreements in a bankruptcy context, and the ethics of negotiation.
