Voices of Pride 2023

The work of the members of GT’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, alliances, and firm leadership has positioned the firm as a leader committed to supporting this community. Some of that work includes forging important relationships with key organizations. We actively participate in these organizations and also provide financial support. We have listed a few of these relationships and activities herein, further demonstrating that for GT, diversity IS action.

We understand and practice inclusion and count LGBTQ+ people at every level of our organization as evidenced by these results: Score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, 2017-2018, 2020-2021, 2023-2024.
