Stephen Baird served as an editor, with Gregory Schwartz, Ryan Sharp, and Jacob Abdo contributing as authors.
Sharp and Schwartz co-authored the chapter “The Federal Circuit Cases from 2024–25 to Know for Freedom-to-Operate Opinions.” Abdo co-authored the chapters “Navigating IP Risks in the Use of Generative AI in the Creative Industries” and “Going Viral: The Trademark Failure to Function Doctrine in the Age of Social Media, Memes, and Hashtags.”
