WARSAW – Oct. 14, 2015 – Greenberg Traurig advised the Managers of the Offering: Pekao Investment Banking S.A., Ipopema Securities S.A., and Vestor Dom Maklerski S.A. in connection with the initial public offering and the admission of the existing shares of AAT Holding S.A. to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of the transaction amounted to PLN 57.5 million.
