Greenberg Traurig Strengthens Denver Office with 8 Attorneys

DENVER – Nov. 13, 2017 – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP strengthens its presence in Denver with eight attorneys. The strategic additions expand the firm’s Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Litigation, Corporate, Environmental, and Intellectual Property & Technology practices.

Palmer, managing shareholder of the Denver office.

Brady R. McShane joins as a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. His practice focuses on securing land use approvals, regulatory permits, and environmental clearance from government agencies, directing public policy and government relations strategies and counseling clients on land use issues pertaining to the acquisition, disposition, and financing of properties.

Kimberley D. Neilio joins as of counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice. She focuses on a range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on employment matters. Neilio’s experience as in-house counsel for DaVita Medical Group and Comcast Cable give her insight into the employment issues faced on a daily basis by her clients.

Three practice group attorneys join in Denver; Matthew L. Crockett in the firm’s Litigation Practice, Tom F. Shebar in the Corporate Practice, and Casey A. Shpall in the Environmental Practice. Crockett, Shebar, and Shpall all have significant experience. Crocket previously served as Senior Counsel at EOG Resources, Inc.; Shebar has more than 15 years of experience and most recently served as director and senior corporate counsel at DISH Network/Sling TV; and Shpall served in the Colorado Department of Law for over 20 years, most recently as the Deputy Attorney General in the Natural Resources and Environment Section.

Nicholas N. Dyer joins as an associate in the Corporate Practice and Bill Fischer joins as an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. In addition, Candace Headen joins as a Law Clerk/JD in the firm’s Environmental Practice.
