WARSAW, February 2, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig advised AEW, acting for account of a German investor, on a transaction involving the acquisition of a city logistics project near Warsaw.
The two-building project will have a total warehouse space of approximately 26,000 sqm. Development of the second building in the complex is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
The transaction was led by Senior Associate Anna Wiśniewska, supported by Associates: Michał Gruza, Aleksander Kłys and Agnieszka Stopińska. The due diligence team included Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz and Associates: Iga Czerniak, Angelika Makar and Marcin Gralewski.

The transaction was negotiated and signed under extraordinary circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and with preserving all safety measures for all its participants.
