Joshua I. Rudawitz Presents American Bar Association Webinar

Rudawitz, an associate in the Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, spoke on the American Bar Association (ABA) webinar, “Landslide: Leveraging Quantitative Analysis and Qualitative Insights to Improve Examiner Interview Outcomes,” Jan. 18.

Rudawitz and his fellow panelists discussed best practices and tips for examiner interviews generated from a quantitative analysis of prior examiner interviews and the qualitative real-world experience of former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) examiners.

Rudawitz has more than 10 years of multifaceted strategic IP law experience, including as a primary patent examiner with the USPTO where he was responsible for examination of hundreds of domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technology sectors. He focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patents and trademarks in fields including medical instruments and devices, mechanical devices, consumer electronics, software and mobile applications, and business and commercial methods. Rudawitz’s experience also includes turbine engines, printing devices, consumer mechanical pump technology, additive manufacturing, exoskeleton devices, firearm accessories, and electronic components.
