Greenberg Traurig Amsterdam Team Authors TMT Chapter in the 2022 Chambers Global Practice Guide

AMSTERDAM – March 14, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP Amsterdam Shareholders Herald Jongen and Radboud Ribbert, and Local Partner Robert Hardy authored the “Netherlands Trends & Developments” chapter in the 2022 Chambers Global Practice Guide on Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT).

Jongen is recognized as a Band 1 lawyer in Chambers Europe Guide in the TMT: Information Technology (IT) & IT Outsourcing category in the Netherlands. Hardy represents clients before the European Commission, the Dutch Competition Authority, Dutch administrative law courts, and the European Union courts in matters relating to cartels, dominance, merger control, and state aid proceedings. In addition, he represents clients before the Dutch civil law courts on issues relating to standard-essential patents and FRAND licensing disputes. Hardy’s sector focus includes technology and telecommunications.
