DALLAS – March 21, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP congratulates client Vizient, Inc. for being named a 2022 Mergers & Acquisition Awards finalist by D CEO magazine in collaboration with the Association for Corporate Growth – DFW.
Vizient, a finalist in the Deal of the Year ($250-999 million) category, is being recognized for its acquisition of Intalere from Intermountain Healthcare. Vizient was also previously a finalist for the 2021 DFW Corporate Counsel Awards for the same deal.
