SAN FRANCISCO – April 19, 2022 – Philip I. Person, shareholder in the San Francisco Labor & Employment Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at a Bridgeport Continuing Education program titled “Mastering the Deposition San Francisco 2022” on April 22.
According to the agenda, the workshop will provide strategies on how to plan and take on outstanding depositions from developing the big picture down to formulating the narrowest questions. Philip will present a session titled “Fundamentals of Taking Depositions” from 9:10 – 10:20 a.m.
Person focuses his practice on representing employers in wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secret misappropriation, non-competition, non-solicitation, and whistleblower claims. He is an experienced litigator, having defended employers against single-plaintiff and class action litigation in both federal and state courts. Person also represents employers in labor and employment arbitrations.
