WARSAW – 4 August 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised JV partners, including 7R, MFC Real Estate and DIL Polska Baumanagement on the sale of 7R CITY FLEX WARSAW AIRPORT I, a complex of warehouse buildings located in Warsaw.
7R CITY FLEX WARSAW AIRPORT I, recently developed by 7R as the project in line with the “last mile” concept, has a total warehouse space (GLA) of 15 900 sqm and is situated in Warsaw, close to the Chopin Airport.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Filip Widuch, supported by Associates: Jędrzej Antoszewski and Alicja Flis. Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński supervised the transaction.
