PHILADELPHIA – July 25, 2022 – Kaitlyn R. Maxwell, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Philadelphia office, is among the professionals recognized on the 2022 City & State Pennsylvania “Forty Under 40” list. The magazine touts the compilation as “the next generation of rising stars” under the age of 40, providing an overview of some of the rising leaders across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Maxwell, a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice, has experience advising clients on complex litigation, including major environmental contamination, product liability, and toxic tort cases, as well as environmental remediation projects. A graduate of Dickinson College and Boston University School of Law, she rose to shareholder at the firm in 2020.
Maxwell holds several leadership positions in both professional and community realms, including serving as co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Committee and a recent appointment to the board of directors for the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia. A staunch supporter of women and young legal professionals, she also serves as a mentor and co-liaison for the Philadelphia office’s engagement with the Greenberg Traurig Women’s Initiative, a firmwide affinity group that cultivates and advances career opportunities.
