Greenberg Traurig Adds Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. August 9, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP added Renée Mosley Delcollo to its Delaware office as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. She joins Greenberg Traurig from Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.

Delcollo litigates intellectual property, complex commercial, and employment matters before Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Delaware Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She also represents clients before state agencies.

Delcollo earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School and her B.A. from The Catholic University of America. She currently serves on the Board of Managers for the Wilmington Institute Library. Delcollo is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Commercial & Business Litigation Committee, for which she serves as Newsletter Editor and Secretary.
