Greenberg Traurig’s Ian Ballon to Speak at International Trademark Association Webinar

SILICON VALLEY – Aug. 31, 2022 – Ian C. Ballon, co-chair of the Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak during a webinar hosted by the International Trademark Association (INTA) on Aug. 31.   

The panel, titled “Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation Trends and Survival Kit for Brand Owners,” will highlight trends in data breach, privacy and cybersecurity class action litigation, including cases brought under the 2018 California Consumer Privacy Act. The panel also will provide strategies to help brands move beyond a cybersecurity or privacy breach crisis, according to the event’s agenda.
