SEOUL – Jan. 11, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented UBS AG as sole lead manager in a Regulation S offering of CHF 100 million 2.150% notes due 2024 by Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) under its US$ 10 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. The offering closed December 19, 2022. The notes were listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
KNOC is the national oil and gas company of Korea and is wholly owned by the Korean government. It was incorporated in 1979 under the KNOC Act to serve as the executing body for oil-related policies of the Korean government
