Greenberg Traurig Hosts Financial Day of Service Event with JPMorgan Chase & Co.

TAMPA, FL. – May 3, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP partnered with JPMorgan Chase & Co. to assist local Tampa-based nonprofits with governance checkups as part of the annual Financial Institution Pro Bono Day. The event was hosted in partnership with Bay Area Legal Services.

Greenberg Traurig attorneys and members of JPMorgan’s legal team were paired with the executive director and board members for the participating nonprofits to assist with nonprofit governance procedures reviews.

Participating nonprofits included:

  • Hillsborough House of Hope, who provides shelter and support to women who are homeless.
  • Give Kids the World Village, who provides cost-free trips to children with critical illnesses.
  • Unbroken Dreams, who assists people with challenges to fulfill their potential towards an independent lifestyle and positive future.
  • Sulphur Springs Museum and Heritage Center, who celebrates and preserves the social-cultural and natural history of Sulphur Springs to promote a safe environment for the neighborhood.
  • TRIBE Seminole Heights, who is a community-focused nonprofit that integrates unique learning experiences, family support, and strategic outreach with a focus on the wellness of children and families.
