Greenberg Traurig Advised HighBrook Investors on Acquisition of 11 Last-Mile Logistics Assets in Germany

BERLIN – July 22, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised HighBrook Investors on the recent expansion of its CityLink platform in Germany. As part of the transaction, HighBrook Investors acquired 11 last-mile logistics properties, totaling approximately 38,113-square-meters of urban warehouse space and an additional 32,200-square-meters of industrial outdoor storage space. These acquisitions strengthen CityLink’s presence in key urban regions across Germany and form part of a strategic expansion of its logistics portfolio.

The acquired assets are located in various German cities, including Leipzig, Nuremberg, Oberhausen, Potsdam, Baden-Baden, and Mannheim. With this acquisition, the German CityLink platform now comprises 25 properties with a total area exceeding 166,000-square-meters. HighBrook Investors, through CityLink, is expanding urban logistics sites in strategically advantageous locations in Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.
