Justice Couriel Joins National Panel Reviewing Law School Accreditation

Henry M. Greenberg is mentioned in a press release published by The Florida Bar. He has been appointed by the Conference of Chief Justices (CCJ) and Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) to serve on a 15-member working group focused on law school accreditation. The group operates under the Committee on Legal Education and Admissions Reform (CLEAR), a standing committee of both conferences.

The Working Group will include justices from nine state supreme courts (Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington) and the Deans of Four law schools. Henry is the only attorney in private practice on the Working Group.
