Kerri L. Barsh is quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled “Real Estate Attorneys Are Keeping an Eye on Florida's Infill Redevelopment Act.”

Regarding developer interest in the proposed legislation, which seeks to accelerate residential redevelopment on qualifying infill sites, Barsh said, “I’ve already had some clients who have expressed interest ... for example, you have a golf course conversion surrounded by single family homes. And now this area may have [been] impacted from years of fertilizer, etc., due to golf course usage. ... And this provides an incentive, or promotes and fosters that redevelopment.”
