WARSAW –31 March 2026– Greenberg Traurig advised Capital Park and its majority shareholder, Madison International Realty, on the sale of the Royal Wilanów complex to Wood & Co.
Royal Wilanów is a multifunctional A+ class building with a modern design by the renowned architectural studio JEMS. Its four floors offer nearly 25,000 sq m of modern office space. The remaining space at Royal Wilanów offers a diverse mix of shops, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, service outlets, beauty salons, a fitness club, a kindergarten, and healthcare providers. A total of 908 parking spaces are available to customers and tenants in the underground car park. The building has been designed with care for the environment and has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level.
