With over 20 years of experience and thousands of data breach investigations led, she combines broad litigation expertise with a deep understanding of the evolving data security and privacy landscape. Valdetero also defends companies in privacy and data breach litigation and helps organizations strengthen preparedness through customized data breach tabletop exercises. She is a founding board member of the Chicago Compassion Project, a nonprofit supporting low-income families in Chicago.
