WARSAW – 4 August 2026 – Greenberg Traurig advised Appeninn Holding Plc., a Hungarian real estate investment and asset management company, on the acquisition of a retail portfolio consisting of 11 modern shopping centers from Dekada S.A.
The transaction includes seven parks and four shopping centers with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of nearly 53,000 square meters. The value of the deal exceeds EUR 100 million, making it one of the key events in the Polish commercial real estate market.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Associate Michał Gałuszyński, who was supported by Senior Associate Alicja Flis and Junior Associates Grzegorz Zajma, Weronika Kopeć and Mikołaj Rydzewski. Counsel Mateusz Koronkiewicz advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
