PHILADELPHIA – Sept. 30, 2026 – Brad M. Rostolsky, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Health Care & FDA Practice in Philadelphia, was named to City & State’s 2026 “Trailblazers in Healthcare” list.
According to City & State, this year’s list recognizes “the most influential people making a difference across the healthcare industry.”
With more than two decades of experience in health care regulatory and transactional law, Rostolsky advises a broad range of health care and life sciences clients, including hospitals, health plans, medical practices, electronic health record providers, management companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies. His practice spans federal and state fraud and abuse, licensure, and health information privacy and security matters, including compliance with HIPAA, state privacy laws, and Part 2. He also regularly counsels clients navigating the evolving digital health landscape, helping structure business arrangements and operational models to advance strategic objectives within complex regulatory frameworks. Rostolsky also has extensive experience guiding clients through significant privacy and security incidents, including incident response, regulatory investigations, and related compliance matters.
An active member of his community, Rostolsky holds membership and leadership roles in several professional organizations, including serving as longtime co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Health Law Committee and co-chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Privacy and Security Compliance and Enforcement Affinity Group. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law, teaching Health Care Privacy since 2023.
