Greenberg Traurig Advises GARBE Industrial Real Estate on Sale of Multiuser Park in Duisburg
BERLIN – Sept. 25, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised GARBE Industrial Real Estate on the sale of a multiuser park in Duisburg-Meiderich, developed jointly with BREMER Projektentwicklung, to Redevco.
The multiuser park is located at Hamborner Straße 32-34 in Duisburg’s Meiderich district and was developed on the site of the former “Zeus” industrial area. For the project, a former 56,000-square-meter steel industry brownfield site was remediated and redeveloped for new commercial use. The property comprises three buildings with nearly 29,500 square meters of gross floor area and is largely leased to tenants in the e-commerce sector. BREMER Projektentwicklung acted as both the joint venture partner and the general contractor for the project.
