Martyna Adamowicz is a member of the project and structured finance team. She advises Polish and foreign banks, banking consortia and borrowers on financing and refinancing projects, including renewable energy and real estate projects. Martyna drafts and negotiates security documents, legal opinions, and corporate documentation related to financing. She also supervises the process of fulfilling conditions precedent and conditions subsequent related to loan disbursement.

Experience

  • Participated in the work for CloudFerro in connection with obtaining financing of up to EUR 75 million from a club of lenders consisting of mBank and Santander Bank Polska.
  • Participated in the work for Greykite European Real Estate Fund in connection with financing the acquisition of a logistics real estate portfolio in Poland. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 300 million.°
  • Participated in the work for G City Europe in connection with the refinancing of the Promenada shopping center in Warsaw. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 125 million.°
  • Participated in the work for banks in connection with the financing of the Towarowa 22 mixed-use real estate project implemented by AFI Europe and Echo Investment. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 120 million.°
  • Participated in the work for banks in connection with sustainability-linked revolving financing of Heimstaden’s PRS portfolio in Poland. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 110 million.°
  • Participated in the work for banks in connection with the financing of the Swedish real estate company Eastnine AB in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and service building in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 79 million.°
  • Participated in the work for Leumi UK Group in connection with the refinancing of debt relating to a portfolio of five PRS assets in Warsaw and Kraków. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 50 million.°
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Real Estate Fund in connection with the acquisition of the “Moje Miejsce II” residential and commercial complex in Warsaw from Echo Investment. The value of the transaction amounted was approximately EUR 45 million.°
