Daniel Alvarez is a member of the Construction Law Practice. He represents developers and owners of commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate projects in litigation matters as they relate to the projects’ design, development, and construction. He routinely advises property owners and developers across the spectrum of real estate asset classes and in all phases of their construction and development projects. Daniel is a skilled litigator and is highly effective at communicating with juries, judges, and clients.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Daniel had a broad commercial litigation background including disputes involving fallouts from M&A transactions, non-compete litigation, health care litigation, and business torts.
