Phillip Aurentz is a skilled trial attorney who focuses his practice on complex, technical litigation for companies across a variety of industries including computing, oil and gas, water treatment, heavy equipment, medical, and banking industries. He represents plaintiffs and defendants, has tried numerous cases to verdict, handles appeals, and advises on licensing and strategic decisions tied to business and intellectual property. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a production gas plant project engineer, which informs his approach to technology‑heavy disputes.

Phillip litigates patents, trade secrets, and other technical disputes, and handles intellectual property appeals, including matters before the Federal Circuit.  Phillip also handles business litigation, contract disputes, torts, and False Claims Act matters. He appears in state and federal courts and has argued in the Federal Circuit.
