  • Represented lending institution in connection with the origination of $143 million of mortgage financing for the refinance of a mixed-use, retail property located on the “Strip” in Las Vegas, Nevada.°
  • Represented lending institution in connection with the origination of $195 million of mortgage and mezzanine financing for the acquisition of a seven-building corporate campus in Silicon Valley.°
  • Represented lending institution in connection with the origination of approximately $141 million of mortgage and mezzanine financing for the acquisition of an office building located in Oakland, California.°
  • Represented financial institution in connection with the origination of approximately $40 million of mortgage financing for the acquisition of an office property leased to a Fortune 500 company.°
  • Represented lending institution in connection with the origination of approximately $30 million of mortgage financing for a multi-state portfolio of five properties in Texas, Ohio, and Mississippi, in connection with a sale-leaseback transaction involving a national retailer.°
