Nicole Bakare is an experienced commercial litigator with experience representing corporate clients in complex disputes across state and federal courts, arbitration forums, and bankruptcy proceedings. Her practice has encompassed a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference, negligence, and insurance coverage disputes.

Nicole brings comprehensive, hands-on litigation experience in all phases of litigation — from initial pleadings and large-scale discovery through dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediation, and resolution. Her appellate background is equally strong, having researched, briefed, and argued civil appeals and original proceedings across a wide spectrum of legal issues, a foundation that sharpens the strategic foresight she brings to trial-level work.
