Annette Benner is a partner at GT Restructuring. Annette advises creditors holistically on non-performing real estate loans. She can build on many years of experience in real estate loan servicing and restructuring, where she has gained particular experience in international loan transactions and CMBS. Annette Benner's advice covers not only the legal but also the economic aspects of real estate restructuring and repositioning, so that her clients benefit from her integrated strategic approach. Furthermore, she assists investors and companies in the acquisition of assets from crisis and insolvency situations, including acquisitions in the case of partition auctions or forced sales. In addition, Annette Benner assumes management functions in companies.

Prior to joining GT Restructuring, Annette Benner worked at the real estate company RFR, the commercial real estate loan servicer Hatfield Philips/ LNR (now Situs AMC) and at Freshfields.
