Lennie A. Bersh is a Shareholder in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice of the firm's New Jersey office. Lennie is experienced in developing and implementing patent strategies for building global patent portfolios, prosecuting patents, and counseling in a number of technologies areas, including: FinTech, including blockchain and crypto technologies; artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning; big data; numerous e-commerce and enterprise cloud technologies; smart industrial and home devices; electronic healthcare; and cyber-security art areas.

  • Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
  • Prior to law school, Lennie worked for number of years as software programmer and database manager in the medical field.
