  • Advised in relation to a USD $500m global advertising campaign for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to advising on the high-profile launch of the ground-breaking new KSA e-visa platform in 49 countries.°
  • Advised the world's leading subscription sport video streaming service, assisting with the acquisition of a range of sports media rights for its ground-breaking OTT service and advising on the regulatory aspects of the launch of its platform in 20 territories around the world.°
  • Acted as external counsel to the world’s leading travel company on its commercial work and agreements across the EMEA region.°
  • Advised global sports media company on negotiating a range of commercial agreements and arrangements including content supply agreements, software and tech licensing, and data supply agreements with various high profile entities.°
  • Advising various film studios, TV networks, streamers, independent film and TV production companies on multiple production, financing and distribution deals in the Middle East and Europe.°
  • Led a team of 12 lawyers advising one of the leading global media companies on the drafting and negotiation of a flagship project to create a world leading tourist attraction and bespoke storage facility for over 100,000 props, costumes and show-related materials.°
  • Led a team advising a regional airline in relation to their largest technology outsourcing deal to date.°
  • Advised a leading global tech company on commercial and regulatory matters across the Gulf Cooperation Council (UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait), the Levant (Lebanon and Jordan), Israel, Turkey and Pakistan, and Africa.°
