Teri Bowley is a real estate attorney focusing on acquisitions and development, land use and entitlements, and commercial and industrial leasing. She has experience in all phases of real estate development, including land acquisition financing, due diligence regarding permit approvals, compliance with applicable regulations, engineering design matters for redevelopment and construction, and code enforcement.
Given her experience in government and the private sector, Teri understands the business of real estate.
