Caroline Brancatella focuses her practice on health care issues, including regulatory, contracting, transactional, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was counsel for the Office of New York State Assemblyman Richard L. Brodsky. She has also contributed to The Buffalo Law Journal as a freelance writer.
