Richard P. Brooks is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. He counsels clients on domestic and international patent prosecution strategy, conducts prior art searches, and drafts patentability opinions, responses to USPTO actions, and patent applications. He has experience with various technology fields, including medical devices, hospital equipment, automotive components, additive manufacturing hardware and systems, and processes related to software in additive manufacturing, the automotive industry, and oil and gas drilling.
