Jenn Cooper is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office. She has experience in complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. She represents wide-ranging clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized corporations, small businesses, and individuals. Beyond her trial and appellate experience, Jenn is well-versed in the litigation process, including research, drafting and argument of substantive and procedural motions, discovery, and preparing for and conducting trial.

Experience
- Represented a major medical device company in a False Claims Act action relating to alleged violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and allegations of off-label promotion with respect to a medical device; obtained a complete voluntary dismissal by the relator.°
- Represented real property owners against the United States Attorney’s Office in civil forfeiture proceedings; obtained dismissal by convincing the district court that the forfeiture statute relied upon by the government did not apply to real property.°
- Represented creator of a viral GoFundMe campaign in a right of publicity action; obtained complete dismissal of the action with an award of attorneys’ fees under the anti-SLAPP statute.°
- Represented a start-up company in a trade secret appeal before the Ninth Circuit; obtained settlement on the eve of oral argument.°
- Represented a major wine and spirits company in a trademark action; obtained complete settlement within weeks of filing the complaint.°
