Regina Córdova Torres is an associate in the Tax Litigation, Administrative Law, and Amparo practices in the Mexico City office.

She has participated in complex litigation before state and federal courts, being directly involved in all stages of proceedings and representing national and international clients across various industries.

Her experience includes handling annulment proceedings before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as litigation at both the local and federal levels, including direct and indirect amparo actions. In particular, she has been involved in the defense of taxpayers in disputes related to tax assessments, taking part in the development and implementation of legal strategies aimed at challenging them.

Additionally, she has experience in civil and commercial litigation, allowing her to approach disputes from a comprehensive perspective and strengthen legal strategies in complex matters.

She has also participated in handling disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, contributing to the efficient resolution of conflicts outside judicial venues.
