Annie is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate group with deep experience in investment sales and acquisitions, development related property acquisitions involving option agreements, real estate financings, real estate corporate transactions, lettings and management of commercial and mixed-use properties.
She advises a broad range of clients in the real estate sector including developers, property investment funds and private equity clients.

Experience
- Acted on the acquisition of a 500+ acre site in the UK via corporate and land options, targeted for redevelopment as a major theme park for Universal Destinations & Experiences.
- Advised the UK Housing Platform Fund, advised by Waypoint Asset Management, on its GBP 1.1 billion ‘take private’ of The PRS REIT plc.
- Advised PLP on its c£168m sale of four logistics parks through the sale of units in three unit trusts and the long lease of part of one park.
- Represented Mountpark on its purchase of seven SPVs holding option agreements to acquire seven development sites across the UK.
- Advised Goodman on the development and onward sale of a c£1bn GDV mixed use scheme at East Side Locks, Birmingham.
- Acted for PLP on the acquisition (via option agreements and a corporate vehicle) of bare land to develop into a logistics and distribution site. Continuing to advise on the ongoing management of the development of the project including the establishment of a management company structure and complex agreements for lease and lease.
- Led on Berkeley Homes residential development of South Quay Plaza, London.
- Team lead on the corporate acquisition of a c£90m portfolio comprised of over 40 industrial, logistics, retail and office properties for Paloma Capital.
- Acted on the sale of a c£240m portfolio of 28 industrial and retail estates by way of a mixed corporate and asset sale.
- Advised Schroders on a £220m JV corporate acquisition of 55 Bishopsgate, and subsequent lease restructuring, refinancing and asset management work on office and retail leases with annual rents of £100k to £1m
- Acted for a REIT in connection with the acquisition of various long-income assets such as hotels, supermarkets and assisted living properties.
- Led on numerous freehold and long-leasehold acquisitions and sales in the UK, with values ranging from £5m to £40 million, including industrial and logistics, mixed use and retail together with subsequent financings of the acquisitions.
- Acting on all aspects of asset management on a variety of investment and management matters, including lettings in relation to a portfolio of science parks for Pioneer Group, multiple industrial, logistics, office, and retail estates for various clients.
- Peel Logistics Property: one year secondment - Legal Counsel and Operations Director
- The secondment involved a varied and large workload which entailed team management, coordinating and overseeing external third-party consultants, refining communication skills and delving into the operations of a real estate business, enhancing commercial acumen.
