Patrick focuses his practice on civil defense, government enforcement, and internal investigations. He represents clients in contract disputes, environmental and products liability class actions, and DOJ False Claims Act investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, where he handled a wide range of civil and criminal matters, gaining extensive trial experience. His military legal work included advising on government contracts, environmental issues, employment actions, HIPAA/FOIA/Privacy Act compliance, contractual disputes, FTCA/MCA claims, and tort actions. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves.
Patrick is also committed to pro bono service, volunteering with the Wills for Heroes Program, the Minnesota Free Legal Answers Program, and representing veterans in VA appeals.
