Deandra Denton serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, lender’s counsel and disclosure counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable finance transactions.

Deandra has diverse corporate and transactional legal experience having previously advised fund sponsors on the formation of private equity funds and regulatory and compliance matters in the investment management industry at a leading international law firm. Deandra has also gained experience interning with a community development agency, further broadening her expertise in legal matters impacting community and economic development projects.
